How Damson Farm looks after the information you share with us.
Who we are
Damson Farm is a family farm shop, kitchen and holiday let in the Lyth Valley, Cumbria. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you fill in a form we receive your name, email, phone number (if given) and your message. When you book a stay or an event, our booking partner collects payment details; we never see your card number.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, deliver your veg box, or manage your booking. We keep enquiries for two years and bookings for six years for our accounts.
Who we share it with
No one, except the delivery driver (your address, for veg boxes) and our booking partner. We never sell data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. It does not use advertising cookies.
